About devhelp
devhelp builds devhelp shop, an e-commerce platform for Pakistani brands, and runs stores for brands through Managed. We are a small team, so your work reaches merchants from your first week.
The role
You will help run devhelp’s day-to-day business, support our merchants with their daily operations and help new merchants get set up. You will work with the founding team and learn how an online business runs, from the first call with a brand to its first orders.
What you will do
- Keep track of daily tasks, client requests and follow-ups so nothing is missed.
- Answer client questions about their store, orders and daily operations, and pass anything technical to the team.
- Help new clients get started: collect their details, set up products and walk them through their store.
- Help with marketing: social media posts, store examples and outreach to brands.
- Keep simple records and share a short weekly summary of what you worked on.
What we look for
- Clear written and spoken Urdu and English.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and social media.
- Organised and reliable, with a habit of following up.
- Interest in online business, e-commerce or marketing.
- A laptop and a reliable internet connection.
You don’t need
- Work experience.
- A business or marketing degree.
- A CV. A LinkedIn profile or your answers in the form are enough.
